Hi there! Too funny!
I just list all of them below safety. I am hawkish (just ask Chuck) about my surroundings and the surroundings of others. Don hasn't quite got with the program (just as Chuck because he agrees) I am glad it is your job to communicate this in your special way. I have told Don several times that we do not just open the door just because someone is knocking. If he wants to jeopardize his safety or conduct himself in a way that leaves him vulnerable, I have no problem with that, as long as I am not here.
Sounds harsh, right? Well, to that I say to anyone....try working alone in a big building in an area where there have been a rash of break-ins and attacks at night and broad daylight. It sadly is the

Thanks for sending J
Most of this I can figure out, but what is the safety one about? Just so I have a heads up J Does he require helmets in the hallway or something?
Here's an agenda idea for the staff meeting:
1. Personal & Co-Worker Safety
a. Phone-no obligation to answer
b. Door/Visitors-no obligation to answer
c. Assistance Requests-direct to office; make no promises/comments
d. Tenants-direct to office
e. Scheduling of Building-direct to office
f. Do not release personal/co-worker information or work schedule (i.e., The Church is open from 8a-12p. Not: Colleen is here everyday between 8a-12p)

On Sunday, 1/21, we made the announcement to the congregation that effective June 30 this year, Pastor will be retiring. I believe you all know already that District has determined that AHUMC will be assigned a part-time pastor to take over in July. And so begins our next bit of work J
As Staff Parish Relations Committee Chair, I have been tasked with determining the duties and priorities of our staff. I want to make sure I understand the internal process as it stands. Finding a part-time pastor will be a process, and the next 5 months will be a transition period for us all, so I would like to have a meeting with all of you together, just to make sure we’re all on the same page.
I work from home and can be pretty flexible about daytime meetings that happen on Monday and Friday. Tuesday is out for me. Wednesday and Thursday are okay, but I have to limit the meetings to an hour. I am free in the evening with some notice.
Please let me know what works best for the 3 of you. If there is a regular time that you’re all three already there together, I can slip over for a meeting with some notice.
Thank you to each of you for all that you do for Abundant Harvest! Please feel free to bring any questions or concerns you have to the meeting.
Also, where do we stand on getting the “all in one” (for lack of a more specific name) computer from Pastor’s desk to Don’s desk?
